Our therapists deliver evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment, individually tailored and coordinated with the rest of your care at NSG, including neuropsychological and psychological evaluation when testing questions arise.

How Therapy Works at NSG

Care at NSG follows three steps:

• Intake and Goals A first session to understand your history, current concerns, and what you want to change, ending with a concrete treatment plan.
• Evidence-Based Treatment Regular sessions using approaches supported by clinical research, matched to your goals and adjusted as you progress.
• Progress Reviews Periodic check-ins on what is working, with the plan updated, stepped down, or concluded as goals are met.

Getting Started

You can begin with a physician referral or reach out directly. If you have completed an evaluation at NSG, your therapist starts with your results in hand, so treatment picks up where testing left off. Sessions are available in person and by telehealth.
