Clinical Neuropsychological Assessment

Through clinical evaluation, we assess cognitive functioning — testing memory, attention, executive functioning, processing speed, language, and visuospatial abilities — for signs of dementia, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and other neurological conditions. Each evaluation produces a detailed written report with diagnostic impressions and individualized treatment recommendations.

Forensic Services

NSG provides forensic evaluations for use in legal, civil, and criminal proceedings. Our forensic psychologists work with plaintiff and defense counsel, insurance carriers, and government agencies. Services include IMEs, workers’ compensation evaluations, Social Security disability determinations, competency assessments, and expert witness testimony.

Psychological Assessment

We assess for mental health conditions — mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other cognitive conditions — using standardized testing, clinical interviews, and self-report measures. Evaluations follow DSM-5 diagnostic standards.

NFL Concussion Injury Litigation

Our ABPP-certified, BAP-approved neuropsychologists conduct evaluations under the NFL and NCAA Concussion Settlement programs, including pre-effective evaluations, post-effective BAP evaluations, and Monetary Award Fund (MAF) assessments.

Counseling & Therapy

Our psychologists provide individual, group, and telehealth-based therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, grief, and related conditions. Treatment is evidence-based and personalized to each patient.

Telehealth Screenings

Through PSYPACT, NSG provides telehealth neuropsychology services to patients across more than 40 states. Our providers offer remote pre-screening consultations, clinical interviews, follow-up appointments, and select psychological assessments via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing — connecting patients with expert care regardless of distance from one of our physical clinics.

Pre & Post Surgical Assessment

Expert neuropsychological assessments for cognitive and psychiatric functioning, tailored for pre- and post-surgical needs in DBS, spinal cord stimulation, bariatric, and epilepsy surgeries.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Assessment

NSG specializes in assessing concussions and TBI, particularly in NFL and NCAA athletes, guiding patients towards optimal recovery and managing NFL/NCAA Concussion Litigation cases.

FAA Exams

NSG performs FAA-required neuropsychological evaluations for pilots and aviation professionals seeking medical certification or recertification. Our evaluations follow FAA specifications, including the CogScreen-AE battery and HIMS program assessments where applicable. We work directly with Aviation Medical Examiners and the FAA to support timely certification decisions across all classes of airman medical certificates.
