Our Clinic

Neurocognitive Specialty Group’s Dallas clinic is located in Plano, minutes from Medical City Plano, and serves the greater DFW metroplex, including Dallas, Richardson, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, and the mid-cities. The clinic is directed by Dr. Erin Sullivan-Baca and staffed by Dr. Gavin Sanders, Dr. Brittany Walls, and Dr. Monica Nghiem.

Clinical Evaluations

We accept referrals from neurologists, psychiatrists, and primary care physicians for neuropsychological evaluation of dementia and age-related cognitive change, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy including pre-surgical evaluation, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, and ADHD. The Plano office evaluates adults and older adults, and offers select evaluation services to children and adolescents age 10 and older. Psychodiagnostic evaluations are available on psychiatric referral.

Medicolegal Evaluations

The Dallas clinic conducts civil independent medical examinations, records-only reviews, Defense Base Act claims, sports concussion and NFL litigation, fitness-for-duty assessments, and FAA and HIMS evaluations, retained by counsel, insurers, third-party administrators, and government agencies. Every matter is billed hourly. NSG does not accept letters of protection or contingency-based fee arrangements, because an expert opinion should carry no financial stake in the result.
