Dr. Nicholas DenBesten brings a rigorous, patient-centered approach to clinical neuropsychology at NSG Pensacola. He provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adults dealing with stroke, traumatic brain injury, memory and dementia disorders, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, adult ADHD, concussion, and cognitive changes following cancer treatment. He also performs pre-surgical psychological clearances.
Dr. DenBesten earned his doctorate in neuropsychology from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. He completed his residency at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, and a fellowship in neuropsychology at Baylor College of Medicine and TIRR Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas. He is dedicated to helping patients and their families understand what is happening, so they can make informed decisions about care and move forward with clarity.
